Project Management
Project Management manages and oversees all major construction and renovation projects for all three campuses at the University of Toronto.
Consisting of professionals with a diverse backgrounds in architecture, structural, civil, chemical and mechanical engineering disciplines, project managers assist clients in defining the project scope within schedule and budget constraints, and in meeting funding commitments. Procurement practices related to delivering projects strictly adhere to the U of T fair bidding policies executed through competitive processes and are used to ensure best value for the U of T.
Working collaboratively with clients, designers, constructors, contractors, vendors and suppliers, project managers facilitate implementation of renovations and new build within design and industry standards, best practices and fair dealings.
